Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Overview and Rent-to-Own Structure

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) solar hardware systems, financing, and maintenance services by PowerMyHustle Systems Ltd (“the Company”) across the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By submitting an application, confirming a quote, or signing a digital agreement, you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligibility, Soft Underwriting and KYC

To qualify for financing, applicants must be Nigerian residents aged 18 or above with a valid National Identity Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN). You consent to our credit algorithms conducting automated identity verification and soft credit checks through accredited credit bureaus and NIMC verification gateways without requiring collateral.

3. Dedicated Monnify Repayments

• Virtual Account Number (NUBAN): Each approved customer receives a dedicated Monnify account linked to their solar loan contract.
• Payment Schedules: Installments (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) must be paid on or before the due date.
• Direct Debit Mandate: Automatic Direct Debit via Nigerian banks is enabled to prevent accidental arrears.

4. Ownership Title, Remote Lockout and Repossession

All solar panels, hybrid inverters, and lithium storage batteries remain the absolute property of PowerMyHustle Systems Ltd until all scheduled payments and associated markup are settled in full.

5. Comprehensive 2-Year Hardware Warranty

All installed systems carry a full 2-year warranty covering manufacturer faults, inverter firmware issues, and LiFePO4 battery capacity retention. Equipment tampering, unauthorized relocations, or external electrical surges void this warranty.
